Group Workouts

Our group workouts are fun, energetic, one-hour sessions led by a professional trainer that will guide you every step of the way. Each workout is scheduled for one hour and always starts off with a dynamic warmup, followed by a detailed instruction of the day’s workout that includes variability for all levels of individuals. Our workouts are different each and every day in their format, but follow the same goal of targeting the entire body (cardio, strength, core, flexibility and balance). Every single day is a completely different workout from the day before therefore clients will not see the same workout within a 5 week period. 

As a member, you have unlimited access to each of our 30+ workouts provided weekly, along with other educational and social events that Triplex provides. From the minute you try your first group workout, you will find that Triplex is not only a gym, but a community of members who are supportive and enthusiastic about each others fitness and personal lives. It is truly a special environment that will help individuals grow and flourish.
