BIO

"Life is about finding balance" 

10 years ago Lil started practicing yoga in hopes it would help with chronic back and neck pain. When it worked she wanted to share yoga with the world!  In 2013, she received her 200 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training certification under the teachings of Cassandra Wallick at Gilbert Yoga and has been teaching ever since. Being an avid runner, experiencing several injuries, she knew there must be more she could learn to heal herself and keep from being injured.  In 2014 she studied with Denise Hatch and earned her Yoga Sports Performance certification.  And, for the last two years, she continued down the healing and preventative path by studying in the Master Healing Emphasis Yoga Therapy Training Program at Inner Vision.  Her knowledge and experience span across many modalities of yoga, subtle energies, Indian philosophy, pranayama, meditation, injury prevention, trauma release and stress reduction...and she will never stop learning:)

She is passionate in guiding others down their path of healing and prevention.
